Holy Ball Pit Batman!

Well, today we are both home sick. Lindsey brought us an early present - a cold - from day care for her birthday. The cold turned into bronchitis and an ear infection for me. Luckily, Lindsey is doing better now and has no infection. She's just on a decongestant.

Well I drove by the Goodwill store and finally dropped off my load of maternity clothing (whew, finally). I've been dreaming of getting Lindsey a ball pit and using balls with some sort of baby pool or something- and lo and behold, what is there at Goodwill staring at me? Balls (still in original packaging) for her very own ball pit.

Who donates balls?

I don't think anyone is selling pools this time of year so I just saved myself the hassle and tossed them in the playpen. Now, the playpen that she would not let me put her in is her new favorite thing.

And I must tell you I think my husband and I are going to be jealous and wanting a ball pit for ourselves after watching her having so much fun!

Hopefully the ball pit is still fun when the cold medicines wear off...
